At Lisa Says Gah, we want you to love your independent designer finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or an instant store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer, ensuring all designer labels and 'Gah!' tags remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
